This reincarnation is our 4th and the first built to our specifications by an outside company. It is also the first to incorporate an integrated agent intranet, an automated customer relations management system, an automatic listing and solds update system and the capability to spawn related and automatically updated agent web sites.

 

At Prudential Properties Plus we believe that the Internet plays a vital role in the marketing and sale of real estate and this role continues to grow stronger by the day.

 

At Prudential Properties Plus we use e-mail and our intranet as our main means of communications amongst ourselves. All our agents are internet and email savvy as we believe an agent has to be in this day and age. I find it amazing that a recent realtor survey showed that 70% of all e-mails sent by consumers to agents went unanswered, so we are obviously not the norm.

 

The effective, productive use of technology in enhancing the real estate experience is one of our main focuses. We say it all in our Mission, Philosophy and Strategy statement.

 

Our Internet objective is to provide buyers and sellers easy access to relevant real estate information. We want to provide buyers and sellers with all the information that is required for them to feel comfortable buying or selling real estate using a Prudential Properties Plus agent.
